LGBTQIA+ History Month
LGBTQIA+ History Month is celebrated every February in the UK. It is a time to honour the pioneers, celebrate progress, and reflect on the ongoing journey toward equality and acceptance. At the CVR, we recognize the importance of this month in highlighting the rich history and contributions of LGBTQIA+ individuals, both within the scientific community and beyond.
See below how we paid tribute to contributions of past and present LGBTQIA+ individuals in science!
